Therapy,
Supporting your journey, every step of the way
Our Beliefs
At Blvd Counseling, we believe that healing begins with understanding.
We believe in providing a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where every person can feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.
We believe therapy should be collaborative — rooted in respect, authenticity, and evidence-based care.
We believe that growth happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

How We Can Help
A mental health group practice is a huge asset to clients — it creates a built-in community of expertise under one roof. What it usually means for clients is:
-
Range of Specialties – With a group practice, you can almost guarantee there are therapists who focus on different populations (children, teens, adults, couples, families) and issues (anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, etc.).
-
Treatment Variety – Clients often get access to multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapies, psychodynamic therapy, or somatic approaches, depending on what fits their needs.
-
Matching & Fit – The practice can “match” clients with a therapist who aligns best with their goals, personality, and scheduling needs. If the first match doesn’t click, there are other options without having to leave the practice.
-
Continuity of Care – Families or couples can see different therapists in the same practice, while the team can collaborate (with permission) to make sure care is coordinated.
-
Special Programs & Groups – Larger practices often offer group therapy, workshops, or support groups in addition to individual therapy.
As for what we usually treat;
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Depression and mood disorders
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Relationship and family conflict
-
Grief and loss
-
Work stress and burnout
-
Child and adolescent behavioral/emotional concerns
-
Life transitions (divorce, retirement, relocation, parenthood)
We have clinicians that also specialize in eating disorders, substance use, ADHD, chronic illness support, or identity and self-esteem work.
It’s kind of like a “mental health ecosystem” — one practice, many doors for clients to walk through.
